If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of our cleaning service or feel we could have done better, send us an email or call us and we will return to your home or business premises within 3 business days, and do a repeat cleaning, for free, taking extra care to make sure we get everything right. Our policy is that you must contact us within 12 hours of the service completion for your free cleaning. Any exceptions to this policy are at our sole discretion.
