How does our post-construction cleaning service work?
We start by removing large debris from the floors and countertops including drywall pieces, plaster pieces, paint tape, garbage and plastic bags, and then we sweep and vacuum the floors. We dry dust the ceiling fans and then do a cleaning of the ceiling fans. We do a dry dusting of all the walls and then perform a cleaning of the walls. We wash the interior windows, window screens, window ledges, exterior windows (only if we have access and are able to do so safely), and mirrors. Our cleaning staff perform a dry dusting and cleaning of all surfaces including counter tops, appliances, baseboards, door handles and light switch covers and we remove tape from new appliances. We vacuum one more time and finish with a mopping of your new project.
